An Evening of Storytelling with Bill Conall
Join Cape Breton Regional Library’s Storyteller-in-Residence Bill Conall for an evening of storytelling!
Bill Conall has travelled North America both as a road musician and as a long-haul trucker, and has gathered countless stories along the way. He enjoys and presents true stories, made-up stories, short stories, long stories, rhyming poetry, and songs. Of this event, Bill says:
“In the hobo jungles of the Great Depression, everyone contributed what they could to a Mulligan Stew. We’ll follow the same principle with our storytelling evening: I’ll bring what I can, you bring what you can, and together we’ll feast on stories.”
Free event, all welcome!
