“I’m Thinking of Ending Things” – a psychological thriller by Iain Reid

Author Iain Reid will be here to read from his recent psychological thriller “I’m Thinking of Ending Things”, what GoodReads describes as a “deeply suspenseful and unnerving debut novel”. “A man and his girlfriend are on their way to a secluded farm. When the two take an unexpected detour, she is left stranded in a deserted high school, wondering if there is any escape at all. What follows is a twisted unraveling that will haunt you long after the last page is turned.”

Iain lives in Kingston Ontario and is the author of two previous memoirs, One Bird’s Choice, and The Truth About Luck, which was one of Globe and Mail’s best books of 2013. Reid’s work has appeared in a variety of publications throughout North America, including The New Yorker, The Globe and Mail, and the National Post. In 2015, he received the RBC Taylor Emerging Writer Award.

Books will be available for sale and signing. Everyone is welcome.

Iain will also offer a “Writing Your Life” workshop at 10 am on Wed April 26th at the McConnell Library. Please call 902-562-3161 to register.
