Seated Shen Zhen Gong
Ten week session of sitting Shen Zhen Gong (a form developed by Master Li Jen Feng) starting Wednesday, January 25, 11:00 a.m. – noon. Instructor Sarah MacDonald is a qualified practitioner.
Sheng Zhen Gong strengthens the body, relaxes the mind,
balances the emotions, and reduces stress. Sessions are free, and all are welcome.
