Print your Proof of Vaccination

Do you need assistance with obtaining a printout of your COVID-19 proof of vaccination? Visit your local library and staff can help you print out a paper copy free of charge.

To print your Proof of Vaccination you will need:

  • Your Health Card Number
  • The e-mail or phone number used to book your vaccination appointments.*

*If you’re not able to access your proof of vaccination by email or phone, call 1-833-797-7772 for support.

You do not need to show proof of vaccination to enter a library building, however, masks are mandatory.
