“100 Book Challenge”
Audience: Children
Summary
- Read 100 books to join the 100 Book Club!
- Receive a club button and certificate once you meet the goal
- Earn a Gold Medal for children who read 365+ books
- Share images on social media with the hashtag #100BookChallenge and tag @CBRLibrary to get entered into a draw to win a prize!
Rules
- Open to readers ages 11 and under
- Each title can only be counted once
- Paperbacks, hardbacks, large print, graphic novels, eBooks, audiobooks, and eAudiobooks all count

“A to Z Challenge”
Audience: Teens and Adults:
Background
- Read your way through the alphabet!
- The A-Z reading challenge is pretty self explanatory – pick a book to go with each letter of the alphabet
- The letter can be represented by the book title or the Author’s name
- For example, both books below could count for the letter S
- The Secret Wisdom of Nature – Peter Wohlleben
- Neon Prey – John Sanford
- For example, both books below could count for the letter S
- Patrons who finish will be entered in a draw for a prize basket
- Share images on social media with the hashtag #AtoZChallenge and tag @CBRLibrary for additional entries for the prize basket!
Rules
- Open to patrons 12+
- You can join at any time during the year, but only titles completed before December 31st, 2020 will count
- Each title can only be counted once
- Paperbacks, hardbacks, large print, graphic novels, eBooks, audiobooks, and eAudiobooks all count
- Participants who have read from A to Z by December 31, 2020 will submit their reading logs to the library! Patrons will then be entered into a draw to win a basket. If nobody completes the challenge, the patron who has read their way through most of the alphabet will win.
