Ageism in our communities-CANCELLED

Staff from CBRM’s New Seniors Safety Program are planning a community-led discussion on how older adults experience ageism & potential solutions to address it.

If you or someone you know has experienced ageism please join in this important conversation.

Examples of ageism could include:

-losing a job because of your age

-being refused a new credit card or travel insurance because of your age

-receiving a lower quality of service in a shop or restaurant because of the organization’s attitude to older people
