Teen Pack Pop-Up Giveaway! | New Waterford

Just in time for back to school! Get ready for the year ahead with a free hygiene product kit for tweens and teens.

Students going into grades 6 through 12 are invited to drop into the library to pick up a selection of hygiene products packaged in a convenient clear zippered carrying case. Free teen packs will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies list.

Please note there is a strict limit of one kit for each attendee. No identification or registration is required, but youth must attend in person in order to receive a teen pack; products cannot be picked up by someone else on their behalf. This allows us to extend the opportunity to as many community members as possible. We are unable to reserve or hold products. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

This program was made possible by funding from The Department of Community Services’ Urgent Food & Essentials fund, which CBRL accessed through a grant from United Way Cape Breton. UWCB not only oversaw the granting process but also answered questions and provided support throughout the process.
