DESCRIPTION:CBC Radio’s Books and Backroads will be coming to Cape Breton this summer! Seven libraries across the Maritimes will host a book club on a book with a local focus\, or written by a Maritime author. \nBook Club discussions will be taped and featured on morning shows in the Maritimes throughout the summer. \nLouisbourg Library will be the venue for a book club discussion on The Spoon Stealer\, by Lesley Crewe (winner of the Jim Connors Dartmouth Book Award for fiction in 2021) \nBook Club host: One of our local CBC voices – Steve Sutherland from Information Morning.  \n  \nThe book club registration is now FULL.
