MLA Pop-Up Office Day | Kendra Coombes

Drop into the New Waterford Library from 9:30am-4pm to receive help applying for the following grants and assistance programs from your local MLA: Heat Fund, Senior Care Grant, Heating Assistance, Rebate Program. Please note that this drop-in session will pause from 12-1pm for lunch.

You will need to bring the following items with you if you are applying for the Home Warming or Home Repair grants:

Home Warming: a copy of a recent Notice of Assessment for each household member over 18 and a copy of your Property Tax Assessment, Property Tax Bill, or Bill of Sale.

Home Repair: a copy of the previous year’s Income Tax for all household members 16 and over, Proof of Income (from all income sources, i.e. T4 slips), Proof of Owning and Occupying a Home (Property Tax Bill and Receipt of Payment and Property Tax Assessment). Mobile homeowners should bring a proof of purchase or bill of sale. If their land is leased, bring a copy of the lease.
