Join CBRL staff and discuss our Halloween Horror book choice, Paul Tremblay’s “Head Full Of Ghosts”.

The book follows the Barrett family in suburban New England as their 14-year-old daughter, Marjorie, begins to show signs of schizophrenia, leading the family to believe she is demonically possessed. Tragedy strikes the family during the filming of a reality TV show, The Possession, documenting her potential exorcism. Years later, Marjorie’s younger sister, Merry, recounts the events to a writer, clashing her memories with the television broadcast and unleashing a mind-bending story that questions reality, religion, and the nature of evil.
