Spine Health Workshop

Join Physiotherapist Belinda Lau-Beaton to learn some basics on backcare. The workshop will cover common causes of neck and back pain and the associated symptoms, as well as managing back pain. Belinda has over 30 years experience working in the orthopedic field. Registration is not required for this session.
