Book Launch | Waterfalls of Cape Breton Island: A Guide by Benoit Lalonde
Join author and outdoor adventurer, Benoit Lalonde for the launch of his latest book Waterfalls of Cape Breton Island: A Guide (Goose Lane Editions, Sept. 2021). Lalonde will be joined by Janet Barlow, Executive Director of Hike N.S. for an ‘in-conversation’ portion of the evening.

BENOIT LALONDE has lived in Nova Scotia since 1999. He has published numerous peer-reviewed studies on the ecology of Atlantic Canada and is a top contributor to trailpeak.com. He currently works as an ecological risk evaluator for Environment Canada and is an avid hiker, mountain biker, climber, telemark skier, explorer, and kayaker.
