Coming Out to the Kids! In Conversation with the Cape Breton Youth Project.

CBRL is pleased to host partner with the Cape Breton Youth Project to offer intergenerational community programming.

This event will feature stories from elders about their experiences coming out to their children. Madonna Doucette will lead the discussion and share her story, as will Sharon Gildert.

Parents from the 2SLGBTQIA+ community are invited to share their experiences, or simply listen to stories they can identify with!

This event will be a sharing circle format, but everyone—youth, adults, elders, queer or straight—is welcome to come and listen.

No registration required. Light refreshments will be served.
