English Conversation Group

The English Conversation Group at the Cape Breton Regional Library welcomes newcomers to Cape Breton and provides opportunities to practice English.

Are you eligible? This program is open to:

• Permanent Residents of Canada
• Those becoming Permanent Residents
• Convention refugees and protected persons
