Meet the Author of With These Hands

Don MacLean is a retired fishery biologist and writer of books and articles on his passion for the outdoors and hand made crafts. In 2019, MacLean published the book With These Hands: traditional arts, crafts, and trades of Atlantic Canada (Nimbus Publishing) that included photos and interviews from over 80 artisans and crafts people living in Atlantic Canada.

The original Book Launch for With These Hands was sidelined because of the pandemic, so we are very pleased to host this delayed Book Launch. Books will be available for purchase.
