Dr. Tammy O’Rourke (BS/MS, NP, PhD) spent the first 20 years of her Nurse Practitioner career in primary care. However, in 2019 she moved into regenerative medicine and in early 2021 she completed her first hormone certification course. Since that time she has been helping many Canadian men and women rebalance their hormones and find joy in their lives again.  Tammy continues to update her hormone knowledge and she is currently pursuing certification with the North American Menopause Society. She holds active NP registration in 4 provinces and speaks nationally and internationally on the topic of healthy aging.
