Yoga Nidra Meditation
Yoga Nidra meditation helps us to relieve stress and anxiety. Just 45 minutes will take you to a blissful state of relaxation. We will bring awareness throughout the body to relax and rejuvenate. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been doing Downward Dogs for decades, yoga nidra is a powerful practice to incorporate into your routine.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket.
